Onze intercooler heeft indrukwekkende kernafmetingen van 640 mm x 410 mm x 65 mm, wat zorgt voor een groter extern laadluchtvolume van 17 liter vergeleken met de fabriek 9 liter. Dit betekent meer lucht, meer kracht en indrukwekkende acceleratie voor uw Golf 7 GTI.

Onze speciaal ontwikkelde competitieve intercoolerkern (Tube Fine) zorgt voor een optimale luchtstroom naar aangrenzende componenten zoals de waterkoeler. Ondanks zijn formaat is onze intercooler met slechts 8,9 kg verrassend licht. De gegoten aluminium eindkasten zijn gemaakt in het CAD-systeem en geoptimaliseerd met behulp van CFD-simulaties om een ??optimale interne luchtstroom te garanderen. Een geïntegreerd luchtkanaal in de eindkast zorgt voor een gelijkmatige vulling van de hoogwaardige intercoolerkern van de concurrentie.

De in- en uitlaten van de intercooler zijn vergroot tot een indrukwekkende Ø 70 mm en onze set bevat versterkte siliconenslangen om de toegenomen luchtstroom op te vangen. Vergeleken met de fabrieksintercooler biedt onze intercooler aanzienlijk minder tegendruk, wat resulteert in betere prestaties. Al onze intercoolers zijn voorzien van een anticorrosiecoating met uitstekende warmtegeleidingseigenschappen. Dit garandeert langdurige en optimale koelprestaties voor een constante prestatieverbetering.

All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling performance for a constant increase in performance.
